Originally from South Africa, Maxine spent five formative years in Saudi Arabia before settling in Australia to pursue her passion for business, specializing in tourism, event management and marketing. Her academic journey eventuated into a degree that equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of managing and enhancing customer experiences.

Maxine's professional path began in financial roles, where her meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset shone through. It was during this time that she discovered her interest in property management—an industry that captivated her with its dynamic challenges and opportunities to optimize property values while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
