His career with multinational organisations has taken him across India, Dubai, Singapore and Australia, providing him with a truly international perspective and extensive experience working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Growing up in India and now proudly calling Adelaide home, Shiv has built his career around understanding people, building meaningful relationships and delivering the right solutions. He has worked across a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, FMCG, telecommunications, environmental services and automation, while leading culturally diverse teams and developing strong expertise in communication, negotiation and customer relationships.

Shiv’s approach to real estate is guided by a simple philosophy: listen carefully, understand what truly matters and provide the right solution. He believes exceptional service is built on honesty, transparency and a genuine customer-first approach. Holding an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, certification in Thomas Profiling and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Shiv combines formal qualifications with more than three decades of practical experience. His understanding of people, communication, marketing and negotiation allows him to provide a considered and personalised approach throughout every stage of the property journey.

Outside of real estate, Shiv enjoys listening to music, exploring new places and discovering different cuisines. A passionate foodie, he loves cooking and experimenting with new flavours, while sketching allows him to relax and express his creative side. His natural curiosity and eye for detail extend into everything he does, whether discovering a hidden café, appreciating interesting architecture or getting to know a new neighbourhood.
