(a) the aggregate gross weight of the small car and the small
motorcycle does not exceed a maximum gross weight of two
thousand (2,000) kilograms; and
(b) the overall height and width dimensions of the small car and the
small motorcycle together when parked in the allocated part of the
Car Park Stacking Systems are within the overall height and width
dimensions set out in By-Law 40.5.1.
